On 15 July I rang your office to report that I was having trouble with my double roller doors on my garage. That same day Ray called by and quickly solved the problem with some silicone spray and friendly advice. He was extremely helpful and I really appreciated having him call so promptly.

I also remember receiving good service a year or two ago when I had a problem.

    I had a new garage panelift door installed in December 2018. From start to finish it’s been a great experience. The price was significantly cheaper than another well-known company. The lovely older man who installed it did a great job. I did have to call this year for a service due to the door not opening properly (we are thinking because it doesn’t get used often enough). The service guy was super friendly and helpful. He also did a quick complimentary service on the older garage door. I highly recommend ACT Doorland.

    We would just like to say how impressed we have been with the way the repairs to our ageing tilt-a-door have been carried out. When I called on Monday morning my enquiry was dealt with quickly and the person I spoke to called me back when he said he would. The initial inspection of the door happened exactly as you said it would, it was decided then that a more major repair was needed.

    We were promised Friday morning, and your repair men were here exactly as promised. The job has been completed quickly with no mess, and no apparent problems. We are very impressed.
